With nearly 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry, Monique has led and supported initiatives spanning strategy and operations, commercial transformation, clinical operations, operating model evolution, process and system optimization, organizational change and cross-functional transformation.

Much of this experience was gained within a global pharmaceutical environment, where she worked across complex functions and stakeholder groups to translate strategic priorities into practical execution and measurable outcomes.

A particular strength is her ability to work across organizational boundaries—building alignment, engaging stakeholders, developing partnerships and influencing without authority to move complex initiatives forward.
